Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining visual aesthetics and product availability in our retail environment.
Duties:
- Organize and set up merchandise displays to attract customers - Ensure products are stocked and restocked to meet customer demand - Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies for product promotion - Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the warehouse - Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and management - Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed - Operate a forklift to move merchandise within the store Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or merchandising - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory control - Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Capability to maintain visual standards and product presentation This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for growth, and a dynamic work environment.
