Soccer Shots Baltimore-Washington offices are located in Laurel, MD, and Fairfax, VA.

Director of Operations OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
To plan all seasonal operation duties related to Soccer Shots Baltimore-Washington.
The Partner Services Manager will be responsible for the following functions:
Business Development:
All Private account confirmations Enrichments, All Plays, Camps All Public Program site confirmations permits, agreements, reservations New account additions both Private and Public Identify opportunities to grow enrollments with existing partners and new accounts/sites Create sales and marketing materials Perform marketing tasks related to acquisition of new accounts and new customers attend events, back to school nights, conferences, etc.
Run Free Fun Days as needed Relationship Management:
Manage & build partner relationships school check-ins, site conflict inquiries, director gift distribution, site visits, etc.
Use Customer Relationship Management CRM tool to manage contact information, track communication with accounts, add new leads, track conversion process, schedule follow up conversations, etc.
Business Management:
Accounts Receivable - making sure Location Invoicing sheet is kept up to date, invoices are sent in a timely manner, and payments are collected Revenue Recognition - payments from All Play programs, camps, and seasons where the school collects fees are entered into Configio Accounts Payable - assist Director of Operations to ensure season rental fees, donations and revenue shares are paid in a timely manner Work with school directors to ensure enrollment goals are met Update Master Spreadsheet for confirmation status, class dates & times, revenue share amounts, rental fees, new contact info, etc.
Seasonal program management support as needed such as large school launch weeks in Spring & Fall WORKING HOURS/LOCATION/SCHEDULE:
The job description above is a full-time, exempt position requiring a minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
On occasion, it will be necessary to work additional hours, including weekday evenings and weekends, to meet deadlines and to exceed goals.
Your weekly agenda and schedule will be assigned by your supervisor.
Many Soccer Shots programs run weeknights & weekends, and availability is paramount.
You will be expected to work out of central office address listed below as well as travel to partner sites in the Baltimore-Washington region.

An objective measure of each territory's reputation for quality will be learned in the Net Promoter Score survey conducted at the end of each season To be a Top 10% franchise in participant registration and revenue (in category) and per capita rating and to meet and exceed seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals COMPANY EXPECTATIONS:
Prompt, reliable, and professional communication--responds immediately to customers (parents, directors, staff), and always responds to supervisor and other Soccer Shots support staff within 24 hours Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual timelines and deadlines.
Develop systems to stay organized, keep good records, and be efficient with your time Meet seasonal performance goals.
Go above and beyond company expectations to sell, promote and market our program prior to each season Provide excellent customer service by communicating through newsletters to parents, and phone calls/visits with center directors Adhere to all company policies and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity Coach sessions as needed depending on the season and minimum staffing levels COMMITMENTS:

Compensation is based on performance, and Soccer Shots reserves the right to terminate employment for failure to meet expectations.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS AND REVIEWS:
Performance will be reviewed after the first 60 days of employment Objectives of the position and company expectations will be reviewed quarterly through a meeting with supervisor Soccer Shots will perform an annual review in December of each calendar year.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
