Mechanical Engineer - Application Engineer - Jr.
Sales Engineer(Hybrid - Remote)A local firm is looking for multiple engineers or construction related candidates who are interested in the HVAC OR Building Automation industry ( fresh grads ) working as an application engineer, with a passion for becoming a SALES ENGINEER.
This position is very technical and requires excellent communication skills as you will work directly with customersResponsibilities Depending On Position.
Review bidding documents including mechanical plans, specification, contract documents.
Handle HVAC equipment selection and pricing, technical writing of proposal, and developing cost analysis spreadsheets for bidding.
Communicate with equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and mechanical contractors for clarification for sales engineers, application engineers and project administrators.
Experience in the HVAC industry related to estimating or willing to learnFamiliar with HVAC Systems, air distribution products, and/or Temperature controlPrepares proposal and pricing break downs while evaluating equipment savings/costs.
Assembles bid files, including all development information, in customer relationship management (CRM) system to prepare estimate.
Responsible for the cost estimation of Air Distribution equipment and systems related to assigned bid opportunities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
