A$ A' A' ?2022-125390This opening is for a recently awarded 5 year program that delivers a wide set of capabilities across the enterprise to include data management, data delivery, high ingest rate cloud architectures, and analytic platforms.
Provide feedback to design engineers and evaluates end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle.
Work as an expert, conduct research and evaluate technical performance of software products and overall segments and systems.
Ensure products and systems comply with requirements and government information assurance and cyber security standards and practices through formal verification methods.
Verify and validate systems with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to information networks.
Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
Prepare assessments and cyber threat profiles of current and planned products based on sophisticated testing, research, and analysis.
Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements.
Review test plans/procedures and ensures they verify/validate the requirements.
Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements.
Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and operations officials.
Implement comprehensive SOA solutionsEstablish a process to formally and proactively control and manage changes to requirements, consider impacts prior to commitment to change, gain stakeholder buy-in, eliminate ambiguity, ensure traceability to source requirements, and track and settle open actionsManage and ensure the technical integrity of the system baseline over time, continually updating it as various changes are imposed on the system during the lifecycle from development through deployment and operations & maintenanceDevelop scenarios (threads) and an Operational Concept that describes the interactions between the system, the user, and the environment, that satisfies operational, support, maintenance, and disposal needsEstablish and follow a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfacesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is requiredFive (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degreeFourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.

$91,000Colorado Salary Maximum:
