(MRA) is currently seeking a Civil Designer with up to 4 years of experience for our Land group in Laurel, Maryland.
Civil Engineer - RESPONSIBILITIESDesign of land development projects in the Prince George's, Anne Arundel , Montgomery and Howard Counties of Maryland.
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop design concepts and plans in the following areas:
site layout, water, sewer mains, roads, soil erosion and sedimentation control plans, floodplain studies and grading plansProvide assistance to other team members and management in order to accomplish department goals and objectivesCivil Engineer - REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
EIT preferredExperience in Private Land Development preferred but not requiredAutoCAD & Civil 3D proficiency requiredAbility to work independently as well as in a groupProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent Verbal and Written CommunicationLocal candidates preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
