Full-time, Non-Exempt Total Environmental Concepts, Inc.
(TEC), a Petroleum Service and Construction company is looking for an experienced full-time Service Technician II, to work in DMV area and be dispatched out of our MD office.
Minimum of three years of experience in service, repair and inspections of petroleum equipment.
Preference will be given to those applicants who have relevant certifications from equipment manufacturers in the petroleum industry.
Education and
Experience:
Minimum of 3-years of experience in the Petroleum Service industry.
Basic Math and Computer Skills.
Key Competencies and Abilities:
Ability to record data and report, in a wireless tech-based environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to promote strong working relationships with customers, vendors and coworkers.
Understand and ensure that client and company requirements/policies/procedures relating to safety, health and the environment are strictly adhered to and enforced.
Attention to detail.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Professional personal presentation.
Resourceful, self-motivated and extremely organized, detail oriented, and willing to operate in a team setting.
Effectively communicate issues/problems and results that impact timelines, accuracy and status of projects.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected including the ability to multi-task and work productively in a demanding customer service environment with changing priorities, and with minimal supervision.
Physically able to work in the field and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Punctuality and good attendance required.
Maintain a valid driver's license.
