As a Customer Service Representative at Bray and Scarff, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service by utilizing your people-first attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Your role will involve supporting the customer service team with accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining strong relationships between departments and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and efficient problem-solving abilities are key qualities we are seeking.
Key
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a calm and positive manner, providing excellent service at all times Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently Cultivate positive relationships with customers through open and effective communication Provide complete and accurate information to customers in a timely manner Resolve product or service problems by understanding customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solutions Take ownership of customer issues, following through to resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including resolutions and follow-up actions required Demonstrate effective communication skills and adhere to established communication procedures and guidelines Perform other assigned duties as necessary Skills/
Qualifications:
