Job Description:
Support a customer organization with documenting, standardizing, and establishing governance processes and procedures for workflows associated with the Enterprise Information Technology Service Management Infrastructure.
This is part of an effort to create a comprehensive technology and process stack for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the service management system.
Support integration across projects/programs and collaborate and coordinate among service owners and with other mission stakeholders.
Provide support to Modern Services Portal initiative.
This web portal will provide all users with a central location to request EIS services, determine status of requests, and determine operational status of EIS services.
Collaborate with service providers, analyze service workflows, and make recommendations on how to standardize offerings.
Provide support to the government efforts establish and follow formal procedures for governance of service workflow processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited school or university is required.
Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Fifteen (15) years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years' experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
Must be knowledgeable of and experienced with the technology and process stack for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving a service management system.
Have a strong working knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Processes and Framework for IT service management and IT asset management.
Have familiarity with the Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs and Customers (SIPOC) Methodology for documenting and improving processes especially as related to ensuring positive impact on the customer experience Key Words:
