Select Event Groups 3D Drafting and Design Specialist supports our Sales and Marketing teams through the production of top-notch rendering, digital fly-through, floorplans, technical drawings and other marketing materials.
Select Event Group works closely with caterers, planners, production agencies and individuals who utilize our inventory, service and expertise to make their event vision a reality.
The 3D Drafting and Design Specialist works with our Event Teams and clients to create powerful images and materials that show our clients and their clients what their vision will become as part of the planning process.
Whether our clients intend to transform a gymnasium into a gala, a football field into a graduation or a golf course into a PGA event, this individual is there to bring the ideas to life.
The 3D Drafting and Design Specialist is also involved with website development/improvement, marketing materials as well as internal Design needs such as logos, business cards, newsletters and more.
In this role, the individual may be asked to participate in client presentations and may be involved in developing technical drawings for operational use.
The Specialist position requires a high level of organization, time management, artistic ability and an ability to multi-task under pressure and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
3D Renderings and other event specific drafting support Marketing material development Website maintenance/improvement Database management:
Event photos Technical documents Production schedule Renderings Conceptualize and design website content, marketing collaterals, presentations, print, social and mobile content as needed/assigned Responsible for producing stunning, cutting-edge designs and digital graphics for a wide range of clients, as well as for internal marketing purposes.
Monitor the organizations Social Media platforms and presence, supporting management of content that may be relevant to organizational success and providing guidance on content management.
QualificationsQualifications Include:
Excellent Graphic Design skills Must be well-organized and have the ability to handle several projects at the same time.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & other design tools & previous experience of using these tools for designing brochures, Flyers, whitepapers, pamphlets, banner ads and other marketing collaterals and strong knowledge in all print materials.
Experience working with VectorWorks is highly preferred.
A strong understanding of design aesthetics and impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to contribute positively in a team environment.
