Board Certified Behavior Analyst (In Home Part Time)

Laurel, MD Laurel, MD Part-time Full-time Contract Part-time Full-time Contract $75 - $85 an hour $75 - $85 an hour As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive high-quality behavior analysis services.
Our company provides behavioral services to individuals across different age groups and disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities.
Your primary responsibilities as a BCBA will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients - Managing caseloads and ensuring that clients receive regular and ongoing services - Monitoring and evaluating client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed - Developing individualized behavior support plans and training caregivers and staff members on implementation - Utilizing evidence-based practices to promote positive behavior change - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and behavior interventions - Communicating regularly with clients, families, and other stakeholders to provide updates and ensure that treatment goals align with their needs and expectations - Leading and participating in team meetings to share information and collaborate on client cases - Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis and maintaining certification requirements Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field - Active BCBA certification - Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities - Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavior analysis practices and principles - Ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively - Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, families, and staff members - Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to helping individuals improve their lives - Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances If you are passionate about improving the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and have the qualifications and experience needed to excel as a BCBA, we encourage you to apply for this exciting position.
