As a Front Desk Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Assist front desk, billing department, compliance department, executive team, and clinical department with daily tasks and project Welcome patients and visitors in person or on the telephone; respond to or receive inquiries and consultations Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages and fax messages Track and prepare medical record requests Schedule appointments in person or by telephone for consultations, imaging, and surgical procedures Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorization Post insurance and patient payments accurately Contact insurance companies to research, appeal, track, and resolve any unpaid claims Oversee front desk patient payment collection process and reconciliation Assist with medical coding and billing The ideal candidate will be:

Detailed-oriented problem solver with good time-management abilities and a keen eye for details.

Healthcare background (College Degree preferred) 4.
