Responsibilities:
1.
Job Development and Coaching:
Utilize your experience in job development and coaching to support Ben in his very active lifestyle.
2.
Driving:
Be able to drive and possess a good driving record.
Access to a vehicle in safe working condition is a must.
3.
Community Inclusion:
Embrace the belief in full community inclusion for people of all abilities, fostering an environment that encourages Ben's active participation in various community activities.
4.
Mobility:
Ability to navigate stairs is essential.
5.
Local Knowledge:
Be local to and have knowledge of Laurel, Maryland, ensuring familiarity with the community resources and amenities.
6.
CPR/First Aid Certification:
Possess current CPR/First Aid certification.
Expenses related to these certifications are reimbursed by the employer.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in job development and job coaching.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Access to a vehicle in safe working condition.
- Commitment to the principles of full community inclusion for individuals with diverse abilities.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs.
- Local to and knowledgeable about Laurel, Maryland.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain, with reimbursement).
- Flexible work schedule.
