We are now recruiting a Second Shift Dock Worker / Relief Class B Driver to primarily perform warehouse services and secondarily serve as a relief driver for our local routes delivery team. The main responsibilities associated with this position are to handle/move/inventory product in the Warehouse. This involves safely lifting or moving parts by hand or with moving equipment, preparing accurate documentation relative to product movement, and loading product onto delivery vehicles. In addition to performing warehouse tasks, the Dock Worker/Driver will serve as a back-up for the Delivery Team by filling in as a delivery driver as needed. He/She will transport NAPA product to and from specified destinations within the local area. The ideal candidate for this position will have a valid Class B CDL, be physically able to perform all associated duties, and will be willing and able to work the second shift on a continuous basis. In addition, the ideal candidate will not have had a DUI/DWI conviction within the past three years and will not have had three moving violations or two at-fault accidents during that same period.Please note: This online job application includes the collection of all relevant driving history. o Perform order pulling, stocking, packing/checking, shipping/truck loading, and receiving functions (as described below).
o Counting and resetting of inventory.
o Clean up, maintenance and general housekeeping of all workstations.
o Counting and resetting of inventory.
o Drives truck to destination.
o Loads and unloads truck.
o Records delivery and pickup information.
o Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition.
o Maintains driver log according to I.C. regulations.
o Adhere to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials.
o Able to establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
o Secures cargo during transit.
o Collects or picks up empty containers/totes or rejected or unsold merchandise.
o Cleans inside of truck.
o Other duties as assigned.
Deliver Parts
o Unloads and delivers product to appropriate destination.
o Handle core/part returns appropriately.
o Maintain a delivery log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.
o Ensure the security of company assets, vehicles, merchandise, building/property and personnel.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction
o Provide accurate and timely deliveries.
o Know where to park and who to contact at customer's location.
o Utilize effective communication skills.
o Report any problems immediately to management.
Maintain Professional Attitude, Conduct and Appearance
o Demonstrate a pleasant, helpful personality.
o Adhere to QCMP company policies.
o Follow NAPA appearance and dress standards.
o Take initiative to assist others with distribution center duties.
Maintain Delivery Truck
o Keep trucks clean inside and out.
o Inspect truck signage and decals and report any repair or replacements needed.
o Ensure that vehicle is properly licensed and that operating instructions, proof of insurance and maintenance records are stored inside the vehicle.
o Properly document maintenance records and report any vehicle requirements to management.
o Completes daily vehicle inspection reports.
o Report vehicle requirements, accidents and violations to management immediately.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
