Aquilent, the recognized leader in Mobile and Digital Strategy, Web Content Management, Cloud Computing and Portals, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work in a dynamic environment on a high profile federal website on an Agile team.
Responsibilities:
The business analyst will work with the team to improve website functionality to improve usability for beneficiaries and others
Work closely and effectively within a small- to medium-sized multi-disciplined team
Build effective relationships with clients to develop joint vision for the project
Write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria
Facilitate backlog grooming and participate in planning poker sessions
Interface with client to gather requirements and understand and document processes of a web content management system (WCMS) project
Identify and understand functional requirements for business architecture design, define business processes and requirements to enable technical solutions or workflows, and capture requirements that accurately reflect client's business needs
Produce detailed business/functional requirements to support development and implementation of quality solutions
Develop project documentation, communication plans and user training manuals
Help software development and quality assurance teams interpret requirements
Facilitate meetings with client and internal team
Provide 2nd level support for 3rd party tools sugh as JIRA
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of web development, user experience, and content management systems
Strong analytical skills and solutions-oriented thinking
Experience with agile methodology is a plus
Experience with the following tools is beneficial: MS Project 2010, Visio, Adobe Professional, JIRA, JIRA Agile

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
