SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Must have experience providing instructional services including preparing and executing lesson plans, adhering to Individualized Education Plans, and managing behavior Demonstrated skill in classroom management Must have experience working with incarcerated or at-risk youth Developing and implementing unit plans and assessments that are aligned with OSSE standards.
Completing MDT reports for students with IEPs or students Assessing individual learning styles and adapting teaching methods to fit.
Working closely with DYRS and school professionalsREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree 0-1 Years experience Must have or be eligible for certification by OSSE State and Federal Background CheckADVANTAGES Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.
