Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Mechanical Project Manager in Laurel, Maryland.
Mechanical Project Manager Compensation & BenefitsTotal compensation for the Mechanical Project Manager in Laurel, MD is between $75,000 and $100,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Continuously contribute to efficiency of project.
Experienced with information control systems to govern the lifecycle of the project.
Work directly with customers associated with projects with the objective of securing consistent business Ensure quality of work and address any problems or issues related to the project Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce project costs, maximize production and enhance customer relations Develop and manage high level strategic planning of the labor force Work closely with mechanical and plumbing departments within project Facilitate the design of labor plans and manpower loading schedules, produce target reports for productivity, maintain progress drawings, and accurately track and report installation productivities.
Provide updated reports of project status to senior management as requestedMechanical Project Manager Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience with a Mechanical contractor Commercial and industrial project experience Must be committed to professional and personal growth.
Familiarity with ViewPoint software Knowledge of federal, state and local building codes and construction laws Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Change order experience Working knowledge of electrical installation, estimating techniques, and cost control Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines Must have stable work history Documented completion of OSHA's 30-hour Construction Training Course Ability to travel to job site as needed (once a week)Preferred but Not Necessary College Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Please forward your resume to Tori@DeltaConstructionPartners.
